Terms of Use

You must be at least 18 years old, have legal capacity to enter into these Terms and be permitted to use the service under the laws that apply to you.

You may not use CryptoScanPro if you are subject to applicable sanctions, are acting for a prohibited person, or if use of the service would be unlawful in your jurisdiction.

CryptoScanPro analyzes supported token and smart-contract data and produces point-in-time risk reports. Coverage varies by network, contract type, data availability and provider availability.

A report is an automated analytical output, not a security audit, certification, endorsement, guarantee of safety, price prediction or recommendation to buy, sell or hold an asset.

The service may use Telegram as the account identity layer. You are responsible for maintaining control of your Telegram account and for activity performed through an authenticated session.

Do not share authentication links, login codes or session credentials. CryptoScanPro will never ask for a seed phrase or private key to sign in or run a scan.

Paid features may include subscriptions, one-time scan packs and add-on credits. Product availability, price, network, asset, scan allowance and entitlement duration are the values presented by the service at checkout.

Entitlements are activated only after the payment method reports the required confirmation and the service records the purchase. Blockchain network fees and third-party wallet fees are separate unless explicitly stated otherwise.

Additional payment, cancellation and refund rules are described in the Payments & Refunds Policy and form part of these Terms.

You may use CryptoScanPro only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not harm the service or other users.

• Do not attempt to bypass quotas, authentication, access controls or payment controls.
• Do not scrape, overload, reverse engineer or interfere with the service except where mandatory law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the service to facilitate fraud, sanctions evasion, money laundering, malware distribution or unlawful market activity.
• Do not misrepresent a CryptoScanPro report as an audit, certification, guarantee or endorsement.

CryptoScanPro may rely on blockchains, RPC providers, explorers, token lists, liquidity and market-data providers, Telegram, wallet software and infrastructure providers. Those services are independent and may be delayed, incomplete, unavailable or inaccurate.

Links to explorers, wallets, Telegram or other third-party services are provided for convenience and do not make CryptoScanPro responsible for those services.

CryptoScanPro software, branding, visual design, report composition, proprietary scoring logic and original service content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Your use of the service does not transfer ownership of those materials.

You may use reports generated for your account for personal or internal business purposes, provided you do not remove material context or falsely present them as a certification or guarantee.

The service may be changed, upgraded, suspended or discontinued. Networks, providers, features, plans and coverage may change as the product evolves.

Access may be restricted or suspended where reasonably necessary for security, abuse prevention, legal compliance, non-payment or protection of the service and its users.

Crypto assets and smart contracts can involve substantial technical, market and fraud risk. You remain responsible for your own decisions and for independently verifying information that is material to you.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided without a promise that every vulnerability, malicious behavior, ownership risk, liquidity event, market event or future contract change will be detected.

Nothing in these Terms excludes rights or liabilities that cannot legally be excluded, including mandatory consumer rights where they apply.

Mandatory laws in your country may give you rights that override parts of these Terms. We do not contract out of rights that cannot legally be waived.
