Data we may collect
Depending on how you use the service, the following categories may be processed:
- Telegram identity data such as Telegram user ID, username, first name, language and authentication metadata.
- Account and entitlement data such as plan, scan balances, subscription state, purchase records and account preferences.
- Scan data such as contract addresses, selected networks, scan identifiers, report snapshots, findings and report history.
- Technical data such as IP address, device/browser information, request timestamps, security logs, error logs and coarse usage events.
- Support content that you choose to submit through support channels.
- Payment-related data such as payment-intent identifiers, public wallet addresses, transaction hashes, payment asset, amount and confirmation status. CryptoScanPro does not need your private key to verify a blockchain payment.
Why we use data
We use personal data only where it supports a legitimate service purpose or another lawful basis that applies.
- Authenticate users and maintain account sessions.
- Run scans, save reports and provide history and entitlements.
- Create, verify and reconcile purchases and prevent duplicate or fraudulent payment claims.
- Protect the service from abuse, attacks and unauthorized access.
- Provide support, investigate errors and improve reliability.
- Meet legal, accounting, sanctions and compliance obligations where they apply.
- Measure product performance and usage with privacy-conscious analytics where enabled.
Legal bases
Where laws such as the GDPR or UK GDPR apply, processing may rely on performance of a contract, legitimate interests, compliance with legal obligations or consent, depending on the activity.
Consent is used where required for non-essential cookies, optional analytics or other processing that cannot rely on another appropriate basis. Consent can be withdrawn for future processing where the law provides that right.
Who data may be shared with
We may use service providers that help operate CryptoScanPro, including cloud hosting, database, error-monitoring, blockchain/RPC, token-data, payment, wallet and Telegram-related services. Providers receive only the data reasonably needed for their role and are expected to protect it under applicable agreements.
Information may also be disclosed where required by law, to protect users or the service, or in connection with a merger, financing, acquisition or sale of the business subject to appropriate safeguards.
International transfers
CryptoScanPro is designed for a global user base, so data may be processed in countries other than the country where you live. Where transfer restrictions apply, appropriate legal mechanisms and safeguards should be used by the operator and its processors.
Retention
Data is retained only for as long as reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, security, dispute resolution and legal obligations.
The product is currently designed to retain eligible report history for up to 12 months. Payment and accounting records may need to be kept longer where required by law. Security logs and transient technical data may use shorter retention periods.
Your privacy rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict or object to processing, obtain a portable copy, withdraw consent, or appeal certain privacy decisions.
Residents of jurisdictions with specific privacy laws may also have rights relating to sale, sharing, targeted advertising or profiling. CryptoScanPro does not sell personal data for money. If future data practices trigger a legally defined sale/share or targeted-advertising opt-out, an applicable control must be provided before that processing is enabled.
A request may require identity verification. Rights can be limited where retention is required by law or where an exception applies.
Security
We use technical and organizational measures intended to reduce unauthorized access, loss and misuse. No internet service or blockchain interaction can be guaranteed to be perfectly secure.
Users should protect their Telegram account and wallet. CryptoScanPro will never ask you to disclose a seed phrase or private key.
Children
CryptoScanPro is intended for users aged 18 and over and is not directed to children. If we learn that data was collected from a child contrary to applicable law, appropriate deletion steps will be taken.
Regional notices
Users in the EEA, United Kingdom and other regions may have regulator complaint rights in addition to the rights above. California and other U.S. state residents may have additional statutory rights when the applicable legal thresholds and definitions are met. Brazil, Canada, Australia, Singapore and other jurisdictions provide their own privacy rights and requirements.
This global Policy is intended to provide a common baseline. Where local law requires a specific supplemental notice or control, the operator should provide that supplement before the relevant processing is enabled.
Contact
For service, privacy or payment questions, contact the official CryptoScanPro support channel on Telegram: @CryptoScanSupport. Where mandatory local law requires a separate notice, that notice applies in the relevant jurisdiction.
