Payments, Cancellation & Refunds

This Policy explains how subscriptions, scan packs and crypto checkout are intended to work across the Web and Telegram versions of CryptoScanPro.

Last updated · 6 September 2026
Do not send crypto to an address, network or asset that is not shown inside an active CryptoScanPro checkout. Blockchain transfers can be irreversible.
01

Pricing and products

The authoritative price, product, scan quantity, plan duration and supported payment method are the values presented by the service at the time of checkout. Marketing examples do not override the live checkout configuration. Support: @CryptoScanSupport.

02

Telegram Stars and Web crypto checkout

Telegram purchases may use Telegram Stars and are also subject to Telegram's applicable platform rules. Web checkout may support specified crypto assets and networks when enabled by the backend. Support: @CryptoScanSupport.

CryptoScanPro does not require a wallet to sign in or run a scan. A wallet connection is used only when you choose a crypto checkout flow that requires it.

03

Confirmation and entitlement activation

A wallet submission is not the same as a confirmed purchase. Entitlement is added only after the service observes the required payment confirmation and records the payment successfully.

Blockchain congestion, wallet software, provider downtime or delayed indexing may delay confirmation. Do not submit repeated payments simply because a confirmation is taking longer than expected.

04

Network fees and exchange-rate exposure

Blockchain network fees, wallet fees and any exchange-rate movement before confirmation are generally outside CryptoScanPro's control. The checkout screen should identify the expected asset and amount before you approve a transaction.

05

Wrong network, asset or destination

Sending funds using an unsupported network, unsupported asset, wrong destination or manually altered transaction may result in permanent loss. Recovery cannot be guaranteed. Support: @CryptoScanSupport.

If you believe a payment was sent incorrectly, stop sending additional funds and contact support with the public transaction hash. Never send a private key or seed phrase. Support: @CryptoScanSupport.

06

Refunds and payment errors

Refund eligibility depends on the product, payment method, whether digital service performance has started, the facts of the transaction and mandatory law that applies to you.

CryptoScanPro may review duplicate charges, confirmed payments that failed to create the purchased entitlement, technical billing errors and other substantiated payment issues. A blockchain transaction being irreversible does not remove consumer rights that cannot legally be waived.

Any approved crypto refund may require a destination address and compliance review and may be reduced only by amounts that applicable law permits to be deducted.

07

Subscriptions, expiration and cancellation

Subscription periods, renewal behavior and cancellation mechanics are shown in the applicable product flow. A plan may expire while separately purchased scan credits remain available if the product rules say so.

Where a downgrade or cancellation takes effect at the end of a paid period, access to plan-only features may continue until that period ends.

08

Immediate digital performance

Some jurisdictions provide cancellation or withdrawal rights for distance contracts and digital services. Where legally required, checkout must obtain the appropriate request or acknowledgment before immediate digital performance begins and must preserve the user's mandatory rights.

09

Support

For a payment investigation, provide the payment-intent reference if available, the public transaction hash, the payment asset and approximate time. Do not publish or send secrets such as a seed phrase or private key.
